win2k/msft virtual machine prob

    I have win2k/sp4 on a machine. It has no msft vm/crappy java on it .It came this way, only sun java. My problem is that I have to use an application that requires msft vm3802 or better. Apparently this is included in sp2 for win2k. It won't let me download sp2 because I have sp4 on it. Is there any way to get sp2 and msftvm on this os. I have been here which isn't too encouraging. http://home.wanadoo.nl/jheroen/VM/JVM.doc
