Win32.agent.pz and something urgent

Ive been infected by win32.agent.pz and it has stopped me from installing superantispyware this is the error message i got.

The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.

how do i set it back on?

Probably the spyware has altered settings to prevent you from installing programs as you suggested.

Is this happening with all programs you try to install or just SuperAS?
