Win32/HEUR Problems

  1. I have a Win32/HEUR Trojan Virus. I have been locked out of the internet and my Antivirus programs. I can access the internet only through Safe Mode with Network features. I have done the 8 step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Prelim Removal Process. I was not able to install Super Anti Spyware or update my Java due to a error notice "The System Adminstrator has set policies to prevent this installation". I am attaching my logs for Malwarebytes and Hijackthis. I would appreciate any assistance that could be provided. I even tried to do a System recovery and restore. However both options are not working. Thank You!!

    It looks like your logs didn't attach properly.
