Window 20003 cluster enable OS crash

Hi,

We are using a Windows 2003 with SP2 installed and cluster enable, and both of them is encountering OS crash. I also attached here the minidump of both server plus the error signature I got upong login. Is this related to memory module ? Can someone help me to determine what is the problem of my server.

only the 2nd minidump need to be updated .. how bout the first one.. ?
