Window won't start unless I click F1

Hi everybody

I had a problem with window starting up after my area got hit by a black out.

I keep getting a black screen with text that said the following:

Main processor
Memory testing
IDE cnannel Master and Slave

Press F8 to enable system configuration
Press F9 to select booting device after POST
Press F1 to continue, DEL to enter Setup

---

None of the F8 and F9 work except F1 and DEL.

My question is: how do i make window start up automatically without having to click F1 every time to load Window or avoid that black screen with white texts completely?
