Window XP is infected, please help!

My Window XP is definely infected by malware! it took about 10-20 second to respond every time I click on something, especially during shut down. They also caused BSOD on my screen when I tried to shut down. I've attached the HJT log and the Combofix log, please help me!

Run the following 3 anti-spyware utils in Normal and Safe Modes:

• Ad-Aware 2007
• Spybot Search & Destroy
• AVG Anti-Spyware

All are free.
