Windows 10 Internet Issue

Hello All,

First time posting here, first time I've had a reoccurring issue that I couldn't fix.

I have a USB wifi Adapter hooked up to my Desktop running windows 10. Its a brand new machine that I custom ordered and set up. Its got almost nothing on it yet besides a few games I've installed and a basic firewall.

For some reason my wifi connection on my laptops has been stable yet on my desktop at random intervals while either surfing or playing games my internet will show as connected but "internet not available"

I have updated the drivers for my USB wifi Adapter, I've made sure to have the machine not auto turn off the adapter to save power. I've even changed my DNS settings to ensure a more stable connection. Yet it sill disconnects randomly.

I reset my router and the computer multiple times. only thing that seems to work is to unplug the adapter and plug back in but that is only a temp fix.. any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Is there something I've overlooked?

I had that issue when using Win10.
I don't like that update.
May be it's better to downgrade to Windows 7
