When cubase is running over 4GB ram(in task manager), it often gets blue screens.
When I debug it, nothing about cubase is said.

Please help.

Cubase 5.1.2 32bit
M-Audio Delta 66 audio card
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
Kingston hyper x t1 pc2-8500 4x2gb
EVGA 9800GX2

All three files specifically cite the MAudio driver MAudioDelta.sys as the cause of your system crashes.

MAudio has a poor reputation for tech support, i.e. answering questions, resolving issues, and driver updates which can be far and few between (just read the forums from MAudio customers; I'm have MAudio items so I speak from experience).

However, seeing that it appears that you have higher end MAudio items you may find better support. Please keep us updated.

I searched a bit and found out that
if I disable C1E, the enhanced state thing in bios,
I will fix it.

I tried it, and saw improvement.
No bluescreen during Cubase 5!

but when I was exiting the cubase, I got another blue screen.
that happiness was very short..

now can u tell me what the problem is..?
is it still the same delta?

Was that driver update for Windows 7? Since installing this driver two months ago have you since experienced the BSODs our only recently? Have they anything newer?

Their latest driver fot windows 7 64 bit sp1 was same as old one, 5074.
I had problem with that driver , so i tried new beta version, but still no luck.
And i find that im not the only one having this problrm.. So many other people with delta anf cubase5 have same exact problem

delta 66 is sharing with pci to pci bridge thing.. is that fine?

Delt 66 is the audio card.
maudiodelta.sys is from that card.

I heard that cubase 5.5 provides better support for 6 core, so imma try it.

I have a M-Audio firewire 410 and I am having problems with BSOD when closing Cubase 5.
I don't have a fix for this issue, but what I find helps to minimise the amount of BSOD's when closing Cubase is to close the project first, wait a few seconds, (around 4-5) THEN close the program.
It doesn't always work, but it works for me more often than not so I thought I'd share that with others as it may help them somehow.
