Windows 7 64-bit won't boot startup repair failed

  1. Newest laptop in the family refuses to boot up. Never done this before today. Ran Startup repair and it won't repair automatically.

    I'm looking for a place to start. Here are the problem signatures that came up.

    Problem event name: startupRepairOnline

    Problem signature 02 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem signature 03 unknown
    Problem signature 04 21200508
    Problem signature 05 AutoFailover
    Problem signature 06 5
    Problem signature 07 CorruputAcl
    OS Version 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID 1033

    More info these were in the diagnosis details These were the root causes found:

    ACLs on the file C:\windows\system32\drivers\Dumpata.sys are not proper.

    ACLs on the file C:\windows\system32\drivers\dumpfve.sys are not proper.

    ACLs on the file C:\windows\system32\drivers\dxapi.sys are not proper.
