Windows 7 64-bit won't boot startup repair failed

    Newest laptop in the family refuses to boot up. Never done this before today. Ran Startup repair and it won't repair automatically.

    I'm looking for a place to start. Here are the problem signatures that came up.

    More info these were in the diagnosis details These were the root causes found:

    ACLs on the file C:\windows\system32\drivers\Dumpata.sys are not proper.

    ACLs on the file C:\windows\system32\drivers\dumpfve.sys are not proper.

    ACLs on the file C:\windows\system32\drivers\dxapi.sys are not proper.
