Windows 7 blue screen/crashing

I keep having internet connectivity issues and my PC will crash randomly. The PC wants to do a disk check upon restart and finds missing/corrupted files that it re-obtains. When signing in it takes anywhere from 2-5mins to load the desktop. Occasionally it will not even let me use the desktop because it "encountered a critical problem" or "windows explorer stopped working." I don't know what to do, and I really don't want to reinstall Windows. Can someone please help me?

Here are some pictures I was able to take in-between all the madness.

Specs:

i7 4790k @ 4gz
4x4gb memory
EVGA gtx 970
Windows 7
