    when i start up my computer it doesnt start up the toshiba network and my gadgets wont connect to service can you please help me fix this

    A few more details are needed. Is this a home network, wireless or cable and the make and model of the PC. Has this problem only just happened or is this a new PC or a freshly installed system.
