  1. Hello,

    OS: Win7 Home Premium

Sorry for the vague description but end user didn’t know exactly what had happened. They left there PC for a period of time they don’t have any hibernation or sleep mode turned on. Came back to the PC and the monitor is set to turn it’s self off after 10 minutes but wouldn’t wake up and appeared to reboot it’s self creating the attached mini dump file.

Can anyone see what caused the PC to go funny from the mini dump file?

    Thanks in advance
    David

Does your end user have Norton or McAfee antivirus installed? the minidump shows:
    MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS
    Srv2.sys
    Ntoskrnl.exe

The PC is running AVG Internet Security 2011 antivirus.

They have no software from McAfee.

They don't have Norton antivirus but they do have Norton Online Backup installed but doesn't appear to be running.
