Windows 7 frequent crashes with bugcheck 0x000000d1

    Our system has recently started crashing very frequently with bugcheck 0x000000d1

    We suspect it may be related to our hauppauge wintv hvr 2200 as often after the restart this device stops running or is not even listed. Have tried downloading and installing the latest Win 7 Drivers for the device however it shows up as the same version we already had installed.

    Any assistance with analysing the minidumps would be most appreciated.
