Windows 7 Professional (32&64bit) can I install on two PCs?

I have purchased Windows 7 Professional which has both 32 & 64bit version CD's.
I have Windows 7 Professional (64bit) installed on my main PC.
Can I install Windows 7 Professional (32bit) on another PC using the COA Key or am I only allowed to install one version on one PC.
I only have 1 COA key which is for both Versions.

Each purchase includes one product key, so you won't be able to use the same one on two computers. Do consider that the Windows 7 Home Premium Family Pack allows you to install the OS on three computers within your household.
