One day my brother's computer got a blue screen and we couldn't get in windows. So I formatted and reinstalled Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. The same thing happened again so I tried formatting and installed Windows 7 x64 Home premium. It also happened again so I formatted and reinstalled it at least another 2 times more. The blue screening and reboot loop happens within an hour to a day. Also it had an option to start up repair but either it wouldn't work or we couldn't access it. This hasn't happened before and the computer was running on windows 7 just fine. I've also tried cleaning the dust inside the computer.
