Windows 7 uptime more than 5 days

If i leave my computer on for more than 5 days straight without restarting it i start having this very small problem. The problem is, if i have a folder on my desktop and i delete it to the Recycle bin, the icon is still there until i right click my desktop and refresh it. This is not a huge problem because i can restart my computer and it goes back to normal, i just want to know if anyone else has had this problem before.

I have the same issue, however i just ignore it, not really a relevant error.

This seems like a different variation on the XP error, "The file / folder cannot be deleted because it is in use by another person or program". In this case, many times the file has already been copied or moved, and the only actual lockout is at the "Recycle Bin" itself. A reboot cures this error.

I agree with Cota, and this is mostly a non issue. It's nothing you should be looking to switch to a Mac over.
