My notebook recently began to freeze every 2-5 hour. I tried to find any information about this in event viewer but nothing there except the "Kernel-Power" error. It freezes mostly after i click "My computer" but it can happen whenever.

I updated the drivers that are available for newer updates but for some hardware, like seagate hard-disk the newest drivers are from 2006.

What can i do? And where is the bluescreen? My settings are to restart whenever there is a system error.

Notebook specification is:
Dell Latitude E6500
Intel Centrino2 CoreTM 2 Duo-processor P8400
Seagate ST9160411ASG SATA
NVIDIA® Quadro NVS 160M
IDT 92HDxxx HD Audio

I will try that later. I made some hardware tests and i got a "Reallocation Sector Count" error on the Seagate disk. Could it be this that is causing the freezes?
