Windows booting

    Hello,
    I got a problem with my operating system.The computer has dual boot one XP pro at dive c and XP home at drive d.Drive c was formatted using win98 boot disk.Formatting was succesful but when reboot win XP home cannot open.Try to reinstall XP home but unlucky since it was upgrade version.My win98SE source was corrupted.
    Please advise what to do.
