Windows doesn't let me into my own folders

  1. and now a program i ran just yesterday with no problems win7 is now not letting run it. i am the sole administrator. can someone help me get to these folders and with the program.(the program i can't launch is advanced system care free.) specs are in the dropdown.

    Right-click on the "Advanced SystemCare free" install file, and select "run as administrator"...

    You had access to these folders yeaterday, but now you don't?

    folders like application data, documents and settings, and other hidden folders that i should have access too. and that was about the program.

    Go to Control Panel, Folder Options, select Show all folders, View, select Show hidden files, folders and drives...

    i have the hidden files shown, win7 will not let me access them.
