Windows doesn't start

i turn on my laptop. then the bios starts but the windows doesn't start, even the boot logo. after the bios it's just blackscreen.
why is it happen?

have you recently made any hardware changes? -or just maybe connected something "new" to usb or something?

Boot from the last known good configuration and see what happens.
