Windows errors and Dr Watson Debugger problems

I have been having some real trouble recently with my computer and i would very much appreciate any help i could get with it.

I have the following error:

Error Report Contents:

I have also been getting the Dr Watson Debugger error.

So far on this occasion I havent recieved the Dr Watson Debugger issue but it hasnt always appeared straight away and it may still show up.

When do you receive these errors? Give us your system specs as well. Please attach your minidump files so we can have them looked at. Post about 4 or 5 in a zip file and post just one zip.

They normally appear just after I have turned on my PC.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2046MB RAM
Hard Drive: 331 GB Total
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 3870
Sound Card: Realtek HD Audio output
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234)
Motherboard: P5N-E Sli

Hi again

Run Memtest on each of your RAM sticks to start with - allow it to run for a while. You're looking for a minimum of 7 passes on each stick with 8 individual tests per pass ... www.memtest.org

If you receive any errors on your sticks, that specific stick needs replacing. If you continue to receive BSODs, please attach some more dumps .... it's very difficult to diagnose with just one dump.

Have you run Memtest yet? Please download Memtest onto a disk and run it before posting any more errors

i switched my hard drives over and i am not getting any problems with it, the hard drive i was using is old and needs replacing. I assume as when i boot up the other drives i get errors, and when i use this drive it works perfectly that my old drive was the cause of my problem.


Edit: I am going to run Memtest aswell
