Windows Explorer Closes on Startup

    Hi guys, I was hoping for some help again.

    When I start up windows, right after the welcome screen, the screen goes black and a "Windows has stopped working" message pops up. I click on close and nothing loads up. My taskbar, sidebar, desktop, icons, nothing.

    Only when I startup in safe mode does the windows explorer error message not show up.

    Any ideas?
