Windows explorer, Internet Explorer not responding?

Lately when I start my computer and go to the internet the internet explorer does not respond and I always have to either restart internet explorer or restart my computer and it's getting worst every time.even my programs are starting to not respond can anyone please give me some insight to this delima that I'm having.I click on internet and not only does it take long to connect but like I said it doesn't respond.help,help?

This sounds like you might have some serious infections. Go to our Virus and Malware Removal forums and read the UPDTED 8 Strp sticky. Follow it as given and on that forum post with the required logs attached.

One other thought/thing to try. See How to reset Internet Explorer settings. Though even if this should work, still worth checking for malware as Route44 suggests if any symptoms or doubts
