Windows File Protection hates me!

    I have an (at least to me) odd problem. I just formatted my HD (for various odd reasons) and reinstalled Windows 2000 on it. But now, about every 5-10 seconds, no joke, Windows File Protection pops up and tells me to put in my CD to fix stuff. This never happened before the format...it just suddenly started happening for no reason. Does anyone know why...or know a way I can fix this...because it is REALLY annoying.
