Windows gone bad being repaired

I will start by apologizing for overacting I just got too mad for being accused of using a bootleg version of windows. I couldn't find the receipt, it has been over a year. It was a virus and I had to wipe the hard drive, reformat, and in the process of re-installing windows. I did find a paper inside the computer explaining what they did and I have included it to clear up any misunderstandings. Again I apologize for overreacting. The paper is in the attachments
