Windows No Disk error

Hi
Anybody please help me. Im getting Windows -No Disk Exception c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c error message every time when my system boots. Im using HP pavilion a275c and OS Windows XP professional upgraded with SP3. Its a long back(some 3 months back) i upgraded but getting this error recently. Im using windows onecare antivirus.

I tried a lot of the following tricks but could not rectify it.

1) changing the removable disk names
2) uninstalling the floppy drive
3) uninstallig quicktime software
4) disabling regsvr from startup items using msconfig
5) clearing recent documents cache
6) I dont have dit.exe registry files to remove
