Windows not loading up

  1. wstevens Newcomer, in training

    my computer keeps restarting after the windows logo. I tried checking ram,and reinstall windows but it loads all drivers and stuff then it freezes on "setup is starting windows" so i cant format the HDD,.. any solutions?

    Just reinstall with a bootable cd. i had the same problem as you, a clean install fixed it all up.

    Do NOT recommend pirated software!

    In essence, Windows XP - Black Edition is XP on DVD with plenty of other pirated software included... Software that covers every aspect of day to day computing and even some outside of it...
