Windows Restart?

What can I do to fix the problem I am having with the restarting of windows on my PC. I log in and soon as it goes to the desktop it restarts windows?

Have you installed any new drivers recently?
That tends to be a frequent cause of this.

Try booting into safemode and uninstalling chipset and graphics drivers, then rebooting.

What I installed was a Pda and they wont let me take it off in safe mode what should I do?
