Windows Server 2003

I am using Windows Server 2003, I need to:

[*]install Web and ftp services
[*]create a sample page for IIS
[*]create a sample file to transfer on ftp
[*]test them both

How would I go about doing that? If you have the time I would appreciate your help. Remember,I'm learning, so speak in computers for dummies terms. LOL

The best place to get this information is Microsoft's TechNet website. They have tons of instructions and guides for pretty much anything.
