Windows stuck on loading screen

i have hp pavilion dv5000 and it won't load to the page its stuck on the mirosoft corporation`screen how do i get it to load without doing a system restore

See if you can boot into Safe Mode. To do this, press F8 after the manufacturer's logo disappears and in the menu, select "Safe Mode". See it can boot to the Desktop.
