Windows Update problem and more

windows update says i have 4 updates to download but when i open windows update and i go to the update page all i see is a blank page.................


also i have a problem with windows search, when i go to services.msc i selected automic run for windows search, then i start it, but after 5 secs it shuts itself.............. so when i go to search something on start it says windows index thingy is offline, do u want to turn it on? i turn it on but then it doesnt work ..

oh and i have windows vista

Windows Vista Windows Vista I hate that Windows...

try to manually turn it on, for that go to cmd and type services in it and search for windows update and windows index(search) and turn them on manually
