Windows XP Blue Screen Stop Message: IRQL Not Less or Equal?

Hi to everyone/Admin/Route44,

I want to seek help on my problem on BSOD stop error that prevent my PC from shutting down . Ive attached the minidump for your reference.No new hardware and software installed..Highly appreciate for help on actions to be done...

The driver cited in both is sonypv13.sys and is a driver for your DVD drive. In the mix was SYMEVENT.SYS which is part of your Norton and was unable to load because of said driver.
