  1. hi all
i dont know if anyone can help or has the same problem as i do but on my pc. when i turn it on it comes up with the screen windows was not shut down properly and i have a choice of start windows normally safe mode and so on i have tried all but it still doesnt change that it loads up to where it has a black screen with the windows xp then the loading blue segmented bar that goes side to side now this goes on for a min or so then it freezes and a blue screen with writing flashes very quickly? i have managed to work out a bit of the text.

"a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down"
first line cannot see last few words

it then goes on to say if this is first time seeing this screen reboot but it appens evertime the rest of text cannotbe seenas it is too fast.

it then automatically restarts the whole process.

please can someone help me even if i have to restore factory settings. thanks for reading

    josh :)
