  1. Could someone analyze for me the minidumps I am attaching. I am getting BSODs once a week and it seems be the same thing causing this:

    ntkrpamp.exe ( nt!NtFlushBuffersFile+1b9 )

One of the dumps has Norton, Zonealarm and CommView in the mix. The other three are the same, which indicates a software problem.

Since you've replaced Norton that leaves Zonealarm and CommView. I would start by uninstalling CommView for problem isolation. The file that makes me think it's CommView is ts_lb.sys.

I have some other computer crashing so if you could tell me how I debug the minidumps. What software should use, etc. I do not want to keep posting and block the forum.

    Will uninstall Comview.
