    Hi,
I am using Microsoft Windows Xp Professional on an IBM notebook.
Suddenly, It started to crash each time i try to enter windows in normal mode.
It shows a blue screen and then restarts immediately:
    Bad_Pool_Caller
    Technical information
    Stop: 0x000000C2 (0x00000007,0x00000CD4,0x00310000,0xE1624FA4)
    Beginning dump of physical memory
    physical memory dump complete.

When I try to enter windows in safe mode I don't encounter any problem.
Additionally, I have no idea about a new driver or application i installed.
How can i solve this issue?

0xC2 drivers are caused by faulty drivers or buggy software. Right now we don't have enough information to ascertain what the cause is.

    So...

    1. Tell us your security software.

    2. Tell us when the BSODs (crashes) occur, i.e., gaming, surfing, etc.
