Windows XP locks up randomly

Hello
Recently my computer started to hangs up (locks up) and I had nothing to do unless to press the reset button. It happens randomly no matter what I do.
Before it became to this state of randomly freezing sometimes when I played game I got error from the display driver. I reinstalled drivers it was same. And now I have my PC to locks up randomly with no error or BSOD (And no dump files).

My specs are:
OS: Windows XP (SP2)
CPU: Intel Celeron D 351, 3200 MHz (24 x 133)
Motherboard: Biostar PT880 Pro-A7 Combo (4 PCI, 1 AGP, 1 PCI Extreme, 2 DDR DIMM, 2 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, LAN)
Ram: 1GB DDR2
Graphic card/GPU: Nvidia GeForce 7300 LE (512 MB)

Also I tried to reinstall the OS and it keeps hangs up randomly.

Please write what to do.
Thank you in advance.

Solved

Hello again...

I got it solved today

The problem was some dead capacitors. I have them changed now and everything is alright.

I hope this might help someone with the same problem as mine.
