windows xp physical memory dump dell dimension 4550

    hello,
    how can i fix this physical memory dump message i am getting. it only occurs as far as i know when using windows search feature or runnning mcafee virus scan. i have and reinstalled mcafee but still happens deep into the scan. i have removed both memory slots and replaced with brand new dell memory. i still get the same physical memory dump blue screen with the following

    page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

    stop 0x00000050 (0x00000000,0x8054AA32,0x00000000)

    please help, i just paid someone to fix it and it is back again, any info on how to get rid of this would be greatly appreciated. thanks
