Windows XP Pro Installation Problems

I strongly suggest a BIOS update.

Download CPUZ, run it and check the motherboard tab for BIOS information and post back.

Install and Remove

CPU-Z does not need to be installed. Just unzip the files in a directory and run the .exe. In order to remove the program, just delete the files.
The program does not copy any file in any directory, neither writes in the registry.

I have to go finish programming my level for my level design class, I'll be back ASAP to keep working on this!

Leaving the computer on to see how it handles heat/long up times.

You said it had an update, right? SZ1I?
That is not the motherboard BIOS version but the Phoenix, can you go to the last tab in CPUZ (About) do a registers dump and attach the file here?

EDIT: You can disable full screen logo in the BIOS or press Esc as soon as the logo comes up then the Pause key, the BIOS version should be on the page before CPU and RAM information, there is also a BIOS String at the lower left of the screen, if you paused too soon, you can press F1 to continue POST.
