Windows XP professional, crashes after 10 minutes use

hello all..i really tried my best to find out what is wrong with my pc...
the problem is the follow:

i start my pc and all goes well. after 10 min i have a crash and this all the time i start again the machine. i become an error which says:
BCC code: 100000d1 BCPI 00000008 BC2 00000002 BCP3 0000000 BC4 BA5E 3858 OSVES 5-1-2600 SP: 3-0 Product 256-1
as well microsoft created a folder in my temp folder called WER22a8.dir.00 and another one called mini 082409-13.dmp

my machine is based on MW XP profesisonal version 2002 service pack3 with a AMD Athlon 64 3000+ / 1-81 GHZ, 2,00 GB of ram (phisical address extension)

i would be grateful if someone could give me a help in this as i should let my machine run asap again please give me a hand...

How to find your Minidump Files:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.
