WinXP speaker settings keep reseting

    My speaker settings keep changing back from 5.1 to stero speakers. This is after different amounts of time (and reboots). Has anyone got any idea how to perminatly save these settings?

    I've got a Sound Blaster Live 5.1. (With lastest drivers),

    I can't tell you how to fix it, but I can tell you I have the same problem with my Audigy, my son also has this problem with his. It happens quite often.
