    Ok you can do a factory restore buy rebooting the computer, When the gateway logo appears Hit the ALT key and F 10 key at the same time. Once the Microsoft windows screen appears hit enter. The acer recovery management program will come up. Scroll down the list . Then click on the one that is a factory restore. After clicking on this click next and the laptop will start the recovery process. Let it run the follow the direction and you should be good to go.

    the only thing is my laptop has a game on it that a friend put on it from his blizzard account and I dont know where my disk is, is there a way I can keep the game??

    I really can't say. Not unless you try to save Al the files for it. If he has a account for it he should be able to redownload it for you. I would think.

    Check and see if it left a install file on the c drive
