  1. When I log onto a neighbors wifi, or if they log onto mine. Can I see there files or can they see mine, if so, how do I prevent prying eyes in my files.

    Secure your network, that's the best way to keep your files secure.

    Which means enable encryption on the WiFi router (best use WPA or WPA2).
    This will stop anyone from attaching to your network until they can provide the
    key.

    There are means to ensure than only YOUR systems can access Print/File shares,
    but that takes two steps (using MAC filtering in your router, and firewall rules).
