Ok for the router I found it good but does not understand why you need to buy a cable except if your computer don't have any wireless card.

Did your computer have wireless network adpater or not?

How many computer did you have and will connect to the network? Laptop if any too...

The reason I want a cable is because my house has a lot of walls that would interfere with the wireless signal ( I tried it on multiple routers with the same conclusion ) so I'm just going to drill a hole in the wall and run the cable to the router and leave the rest of the computers ( mostly laptops ) on wireless.

    -edit-

    I have 6 computers, 2 desktops and 4 laptops.

Ok so now I understand why you need a wireless router (because of laptop). So yeah the cable that you choose is good and you may buy it.

get a MIMO class router: Many In Many Out. Refers to multiple radio Rx/Tx and has
    greater radio strength :)
