  1. My wireless router wont give my computers internet. I went to the guide and it says if u have an amber light instead of green it means the Ethernet cable is connected but the router has not receieved an internet address.

Have you made sure the Router is set up properly?

Having all your proper settings like the user name and password to connect with your ISP?

Require a bit more information, what have you done to set it up so far?

So I assume you use a Netgear router?

Did this router come with a Disc? There are 2 ways to set up the router. A manual configuration (Going to the routers static IP, should be 192.168.0.1) Or if there is a disc, it will walk you through all the necessary setup steps and you just put in the data that is required. Have you done either of these?

Just read up that 192.168.0.1 will redirect to www.routerlogin.com which is the setup page displayed by your router.. So if you have been to that page have you set up the router with the correct information from your ISP?
