Without opening the case, how do I know which video card I have?

Well, I didn't need to open the case after all---one of the drivers I downloaded actually worked! It didn't seem like it was going to--I mean, I kept getting the same message, but I rebooted and Windows actually found a new hardware device. Once Windows noticed it--I directed it to one of the recent downloads and now I'm up and running. Thanks again for all your help.
