WLM Not signing in...

ok i have this very annoying problem with my WLM it won't sign me in... i can sign in on E-Buddy and another pc but NOT wlm.

i've linked to a video of what it does.

it just never ends

I have vista ultimate (with latest patches etc) tried uninstalling msn/wlm but that makes no difference, my firewall (comodo beta) allows it to access net. because i still can't sign in when i turn it off.

if anyone has the same problem and fixed itg please let me know as i'm lost without wlm/msn
