Wont boot after shutdown

My laptop, toshiba satellite l310, wont boot after proper shutdown, the led light turned off although the charger is plugged in, and the battery also was plugged in while the event happened. The laptop was running windows7 pro 64-bit with 2GB ram. No error happened before i shut it down. Nothing happens when i press the power, or hold the power for long time.

Remove the battery and use the AC adapter only
