Word 2000 errors

    Hi,

    Colleague is trying to open word and gets event ID error 26, thats the descriptive version!

    I have ensured its sp'd up to date, and have reinstalled, but he cant open word and Im doing all his printing! Sorry forgot to mention he is running Win2k aswell. I have also swapped out his memory. Well the PC's as Im not a brain surgeon.

    Any help appreciated
