Word 2007 problem

    Hey, New to the site. I have a acer aspire one netbook. It seems to have somehow locked my keyboard when im in microsoft word the 2007 edition. When i try to type the message " This modification is not allowed as the selection is lost" comes up at the bottom of the screen. Anyone any ideas how to unlock it ? Need help! Thanks !
