    Perhaps the author doesn't realize that many people that perhaps are French, Spanish, or Portuguese speakers have english Wordpresses. I know in my home country that regardless of the national language, the internet usage is entirely english, from newspapers to entertainment sites.

    I guess Chinese or Indian people don't use the site, or at least in their own language, as those are some pretty big omissions, just based on statistics.
